Breathing – it would seem that what could be simpler ?

Breathe deeply, the body will receive more oxygen, and you will feel better – this is what we have always been taught. However, in fact, excessive deep breathing is not always good for the body.

The fact is that the blood is always fully saturated with oxygen. But in order for our cells to be fully saturated with oxygen, we need carbon dioxide, which is responsible for delivering oxygen to the cells, to the metabolism.

It would seem a paradox, but it is. And the deeper and more often we breathe, the more CO2 is removed from the body, and the less oxygen the body receives. Therefore, to feel great and get rid of diseases, you need to normalize your breathing.

Soviet scientist K.P. Buteyko made a scientific discovery in the last century about the harm of excessive deep breathing and diseases caused by deep breathing. He created a method of breathing, which eliminates or significantly alleviates the symptoms of more than 100 diseases.
